Settle into your room, exhale, take your time, take off your shoes, find somewhere with an easy feel to consider your intention and, once you’re settled in, join us for a cup of herbal tea as we start to get to know one another.
4PM: Welcome & Despacho with Shelley
A despacho is a traditional Peruvian prayer bundle or offering. For hundreds of years, the Laika (High Shamans or Wisdom Keepers of the Q’ero lineage) used the despacho ceremony to bless occasions, such as births and deaths; to heal physical and emotional ailments; to restore balance and harmony; as an expression of gratitude; or to make specific requests of the spirit world.
Similar to a mandala or sacred creation, the despacho holds symbolic elements and the prayers of the participants. As the elements are added to the despacho, the vibration of the participants and the room raises. The despacho becomes a living prayer that brings energy shifts and healing.
5PM: Connect Meet & Greet with Kylie
Building relationships with the goddesses that will be your family for the weekend. Allows us to feel safe to share and totally be ourselves.
Throughout history, food has brought people together to sit at tables in sharing communities. Join us for a light vegetarian meal, consisting of Thai curries, rice dishes, salads and condiments.
7PM Alchemy Hero’s Journey with Shelley
The words we use and the stories we tell are so powerful in how we are responding to everything in our lives.
Together we will look at some of our stories to uncover our beliefs that have been strong influences in shaping who we are today. These perspectives can be the catalyst for transformation into our greatest gifts.
We use a particular style of writing to uncover the super powers we each hold and how they lead us to inspire others.
'A weekend spent with these beautiful women is food for the soul. For me, the weekend was dominated by introspection with some gentle pushes and important call outs that forced me to delve more honestly into the core of my issue. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so safe to explore my deepest insecurities and motivations. Somehow, I walked away both lighter and better grounded.'

7AM Yoga with Jo
The morning yoga class aims to gently energize and center you for the day ahead. We will bring awareness to the body with your breath and move into poses with the intention of connection. With a gentle flow and a long rest in savasana, the class is suitable for all levels, with options to suit your practice.
Join us for a delicious, healthy, tropical buffet.
9:15AM: Zen Thai Flow with Kylie
Through the lens of the water element, we journey deep into the oceans of ourselves, relating-ship with self & others
We explore connection, rejuvenation & release with yoga & therapeutic body work (aka massage swap!), to reboot our systems!
11:15AM: Kinesiology with Monica
Kinesiology is an amazing tool to support people to achieve greater health, vitality and happiness. While it is very effective and often profound, it is always a journey to gather insight and awareness within yourself. Monica is a multi-skilled practitioner with a wealth of experience in helping you to uncover what is causing your issues and to shift your blocks to healing during this retreat.
Simply, it releases stress from many different body systems to allow an individual’s natural awareness to bring the body back into balance and optimal function. It does this by combining ancient healing techniques with new advances in neurology, physiology, structure and energy medicine.
Let’s gather around a table and share a selection of our own love-filled homemade dishes that taste like cuddles.
2PM The MindBody Journey with Jakkie
1. Experience how your MINDBODY CONNECTION WORKS and how it effects your mind, your body and your life.
2. Understand How your thoughts and words shape your body, health and your life circumstances.
3. Discover your body personality type and what parts of the body are linked to your emotions.
4. Remember your power and how to create your dreams.
5. Tap into your body wisdom to find your answers, ending with a healing meditation which will transform your life.
5PM: What do you need right now? Time to reset? Connection? Support?
This is an opportunity to relax, journal, swim and/or enjoy some time doing exactly what you need.
Tonight, we’ll enjoy a delicious vegetarian Ayurvedic feast. The Ayurvedic diet has been practiced for thousands of years. It’s based on determining your dominant dosha and eating specific foods to promote balance between all three doshas. It emphasizes eating whole foods and encourages mindful eating to promote a healthy relationship with food.

7AM: Morning Yoga with Jo
Jo‘s classes focus on moving your body with your breath to help to focus your mind. The poses flow through stretch and release and help to build core strength. The aim is to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

9AM: Fermentation & Gut Health with Candice
Join Candice as she guides you through all things fermentation. Candice will share her passion for fermented foods and explain how the introduction of these foods can be used to support your overall wellbeing. Also giving you the opportunity to get hands on in the kitchen creating your very own fermented foods.
11AM: What do you need right now? Time to reset? Connection? Support?
This is an opportunity to book a one-on-one session with one of our practitioners and/or enjoy some time doing whatever you need.
With the beach a short walk from the door and infinity pool down the street, a journal calling you to pick up a pen, a pool recliner chair inviting you to doze with a book, Oracle Card Readings taking place and the chance to indulge in private healing treatments―it’s going to be a tough choice.
Join us for a Mediterranean buffet-style lunch. Mediterranean eating patterns draw together the common food types and healthful eating habits from the traditions of several different regions, including Greece, Spain, southern France, Portugal, and Italy. There is an emphasis on plant foods, olive oil, fish, poultry, beans, and grains and studies suggest that people who follow the Mediterranean diet have a lower risk of various diseases, including obesity, diabetes, cancer, and cardiovascular disease. They are also more likely to enjoy a longer life than people in other regions.
3:30PM: Closing Circle
This final sacred circle is an opportunity to reflect upon and speak to our experience of the weekend, to reflect upon our lives outside of the retreat, our vision and intention going forward and an opportunity to seal our connection with one another.
It is said that the heroine’s journey differs from the hero’s journey, because the heroine is already rooted in place, her journey is simply a return to herself.
