Schedule for Friday


Settle into your room, exhale, take your time, take off your shoes, find somewhere with an easy feel to consider your intention and, once you’re settled in, join us for a cup of herbal tea as we start to get to know one another.


5PM: Welcoming Circle, Intention Setting and Despacho with our Facilitators 

Meet the beautiful women you will be journeying with over our weekend together.


Take a moment to connect with what brought you here and what you would like to leave behind.

Arrive in your body, connect with your inner landscape and breath. Make an offering to our collective intention in our despacho ~

Similar to a mandala or sacred creation, the despacho holds symbolic elements and the prayers of the participants. As the elements are added to the despacho, the vibration of the participants and the room raises. The despacho becomes a living prayer that brings energy shifts and healing.

7PM: Dinner

Throughout history, food has brought people together to sit at tables in sharing communities. Join us for a delicious light vegetarian meal and nourishing yummy dessert. 

7PM: Sacred Sharing Circle with Nita

Before sharing, Nita will gently direct us within, to reflect on what brought each of us to this retreat―to this moment―to our intention. A sharing circle is a safe space to reveal what is alive in each of us, too deeply listen to others and a beautiful way to begin to connect with this sacred circle of women.

'A weekend spent with these beautiful women is food for the soul. For me, the weekend was dominated by introspection with some gentle pushes and important call outs that forced me to delve more honestly into the core of my issue. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so safe to explore my deepest insecurities and motivations. Somehow, I walked away both lighter and better grounded.'

Schedule for Saturday

7am: Somatic Grounding Class with Sharon

Join Sharon as she conducts a somatic based grounding session to rebalance and regulate the nervous system.  Grounding classes incorporate mindful breathing, movement, vibration, sounding and self-love practices.

Somatic work releases tension from the body, supporting openness, encouraging flow and allowing us to experience a deeper awareness of sensations and emotions. 


8:30AM: Breakfast

Join us for a delicious, healthy, nourishing warm Ayurvedic breakfast bowl and rainbow of tropical fruits.


9:30AM: Alchemy Legend Writing ~ Shelley 

 You are a hero, everyone has a heroine’s story. In this workshop we will discover your heroine’s story and view your world through this lens.

 Using the written word and uncovering some of our fears that have been a catalyst for transformation into our greatest gifts. We shed light onto how powerful we are as creators. We look for the blessings.

We look at how beautiful we are and what we have to share with our world. 


12PM: Lunch 

Let’s gather around a table and share a selection of our own love-filled homemade dishes that taste like cuddles.


1PM: What do you need right now?  Time to reset? Connection? Support?

This is an opportunity to book a one-on-one session with one of our practitioners and/or enjoy some time doing whatever you need.

With the beach a short walk from the door, a journal calling you to pick up a pen, a hammock inviting you to doze off with a book, Oracle Card Readings taking place and the chance to indulge in private healing treatments―it’s going to be a tough choice.


 2pm Breathwork with Amy

Breathwork is a powerful tool to uncover and release stuck energy and emotions in the body. In this modern society we get taught to not feel or show emotions and often this becomes dis-ease in the physical body which can lead to long term illnesses. Breathwork however, allows you to drop into your intuition, feeling and memories more readily in order for you to heal both physically and mentally. It is a very powerful journey which we can access at any time through your very own breath.

6PM: Dinner

Tonight, we’ll enjoy a delicious vegetarian Ayurvedic feast. The Ayurvedic diet has been practiced for thousands of years. It’s based on the 6 tastes, determining your dominant dosha and eating specific foods to promote balance between all three doshas. It emphasizes eating whole foods and encourages mindful eating to promote healthy relating with food.

Throughout history, food has brought people together to sit at tables in sharing communities. Join us for a light vegetarian meal, consisting of Indian curries, rice dishes, salads and condiments.




7PM: Restorative Yoga with Claire

Claire's classes focus on moving your body with your breath to help to focus your mind. The poses flow through stretch and release and help to restore and calm . The aim is to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. with the support of props such as folded blankets, to relax the body, reduce stress, and  to prepare for pranayama.

Pranayama is the practice of breath regulation. It's a main component of yoga, an exercise for physical and mental wellness. In Sanskrit, “prana” means life energy and “yama” means control.

Schedule for Sunday

7AM: Somatic Grounding Class with Sharon

Building and deepening on yesterday's class, Sharon will also conduct a Core Energetics workshop, focusing on a process to reconnect you with your bodies and your longings.  She will guide you to work with the wisdom of the body to shift resistance and blocks, allowing you to embody an internal sense of safety, resilience and empowerment.

8:30AM: Breakfast

Join us for a delicious, healthy, tropical breakfast. 


9:30AM: Self-Reclamation Facilitation with Claire Uhlich

A workshop designed to take a gentle journey back to where we may have lost ourselves to

painful experiences. Often when we are young and lack personal resources to successfully

navigate challenging experiences, we may abandon the experience itself and ourselves in

those moments. This can then cause fragmentation. The parts of ourselves that were fractured

by shame and heartbreak can cause us to unconsciously act from a broken and vulnerable,

internal space. In this workshop we aim to explore the possibility of taking gentle action in

reclaiming those lost fragments and weave them back into our beings to move forward in

loving wholeness. We hope to evoke a courage which is charged by love and humility, to

reclaim our personal power and celebrate standing true as empowered, integrated Women.

This is an opportunity to book a one-on-one session with one of our individual practitioners and/or enjoy some time doing exactly what you need.



12:30PM: Lunch

Join us for a Mediterranean buffet-style lunch. Mediterranean eating patterns draw together the common food types and healthful eating habits from the traditions of several different regions, including Greece, Spain, southern France, Portugal, and Italy. There is an emphasis on plant foods, olive oil, fish, poultry, beans, and grains and studies suggest that people who follow the Mediterranean diet have a lower risk of various diseases, including obesity, diabetes, cancer, and cardiovascular disease. They are also more likely to enjoy a longer life than people in other regions.


4PM: Assimilation Circle with Ara Team

This final sacred circle is an opportunity to reflect upon and speak to our experience of the weekend, to reflect upon our lives outside of the retreat, our vision and intention going forward and an opportunity to seal our connection with one another. This is an opportunity to speak to all the changes made over the weekend. We will continue into a slow evening of assimilation and connection.

6PM: Dinner

Tonight we sit in the peacefulness we have created together and enjoy another delicious restorative cleansing meal of plants. Prepared to please your taste and calm your nervous system.


7PM: Restorative Herbal Tea Workshop with Shelley

Learn how to make delicious nurturing restorative tea blends particularly focused on women's needs.  Together we will explore the benefits of some potent calming herbs and some other important plants that support and nourish our nervous system to support balance and great health.


Cave art and other ceremonial relics suggest that human beings have gathered in sacred circles to hear stories and pass down traditions and worship, for more than 30,000 years. Women gathered on lunar and menstrual cycles. These were opportunities for intergenerational connection, where collective wisdom regarding the transition into womanhood, one’s role in community, and how to use plants for medicine, would be imparted.

One last delicious, nourishing communal meal together to fill your bellies with love before we depart. 



It is said that the heroine’s journey differs from the hero’s journey, because the heroine is already rooted in place, her journey is simply a return to herself.
