Schedule for Friday

3PM: CHECK-IN

Settle into your room, exhale, take your time, take off your shoes, find somewhere with an easy feel to consider your intention and, once you’re settled in, join us for a cup of herbal tea as we start to get to know one another.

4PM: Despacho with Amanda & Shelley

A despacho is a traditional Peruvian prayer bundle or offering. For hundreds of years, the Laika (High Shamans or Wisdom Keepers of the Q’ero lineage) used the despacho ceremony to bless occasions, such as births and deaths; to heal physical and emotional ailments; to restore balance and harmony; as an expression of gratitude; or to make specific requests of the spirit world.

Similar to a mandala or sacred creation, the despacho holds symbolic elements and the prayers of the participants. As the elements are added to the despacho, the vibration of the participants and the room raises. The despacho becomes a living prayer that brings energy shifts and healing.

5PM: Sacred Sharing Circle with Nita

Cave art and other ceremonial relics suggest that human beings have gathered in sacred circles to hear stories, to pass down traditions and worship, for more than 30,000 years. Women gathered on lunar and menstrual cycles. These were opportunities for intergenerational connection, where collective wisdom regarding the transition into womanhood, one’s role in community, and how to use plants for medicine, would be imparted.

Before sharing, Nita will gently direct us within, to reflect on what brought each of us to this retreat―to this moment―to our intention. A sharing circle is a safe space to reveal what is alive in each of us, to deeply listen to others and a beautiful way to begin to connect with this sacred circle of women.

6PM: Dinner

Throughout history, food has brought people together to sit at tables in sharing communities. Join us for a light vegetarian meal, consisting of Indian curries, rice dishes, salads and condiments.

7PM: Shamanic Journey with Amanda

Travel through a sonic medium (the drum) to meet with your allies in the Lower World of Shamanic Reality. And once met and known, journey with your allies to the teachers in the Upper World of Shamanic Reality and meet with a heavenly guide.

Once our journey is completed, we’ll take some time to journal about our individual soul quest. Throughout the weekend epiphanies, symbols and/or messages may arise as a consequence of your passage and Amanda will be available to help you unpack the experience.

For more than 30,000 years, women have gathered in sacred circles on lunar and menstrual cycles to hear stories,to worship, to pass down tradition and to share collective wisdom.

Schedule for Saturday

7AM Sunrise Dance with Kylie

Awaken the senses early, with a fun, uplifting, easy to follow dance class. Focus on honouring the body, releasing fixations and letting go. Be sure to bring both of your left feet.

8AM: Breakfast

Join us for a delicious, healthy, tropical buffet.

9AM: Somatic Grounding & Womb Loving Session with Sharon

Join Sharon as she conducts a somatic based grounding and womb loving session incorporating: mindful breathing, movement, vibration, sounding and self-love practices.

Somatic work releases tension and negativity from the body, supporting openness, encouraging flow and allows us to experience a deeper awareness of sensations and emotions. Womb healing facilitates renewed womb connection, increasing love and acceptance of your body and promoting positive sexuality.

10AM: Soul Collage with Kylie

A soul collage is a blend of spiritual practice and the fun of collage, with the intent to discover clarity and joy. It’s basically a therapeutic cut-and-paste crafting session, in which you allow your inner child to gleefully explore and express, both your inner universe and outer realms with colour, texture and image through vision/manifesting boards and activities to inspire your creativity.

If you've never done a soul collage before, get ready to go on an unexpected journey.

11AM: Self-inquiry with Nita

Through thoughtful and honest self-inquiry, uncover the depths of your challenges, beliefs, patterns and blocks. This practice leads to insights, shifts, aha moments and offers an opportunity to delve into the roots of what limits each of us. The sessions practiced here, can be taken home and used as a powerful resource for continued healing and blooming.

Throughout the course, following a self-inquiry session, we will gather together to support one another in our sharing, with active listening and an offer of supportive wisdom. These sacred gatherings are an occasion to reflect and to talk about your stuff, to be seen, heard, held and nurtured as you integrate and surrender to your experiences.

12PM Lunch

Let’s gather around a table and share a selection of our own love-filled homemade dishes that taste like cuddles.

1PM: What do you need right now?  Time to reset? Connection? Support?

This is an opportunity to book a one-on-one session with one of our practitioners and/or enjoy some time doing whatever you need.

With the beach a short walk from the door and pool right at it, a journal calling you to pick up a pen, a hammock inviting you to doze with a book, Oracle Card Readings taking place and the chance to indulge in private healing treatments―it’s going to be a tough choice.

5PM: Chanting Journey with Claire

“As the Sanskrit words reverberated within and around us, I felt a complete sense of interconnectedness and oneness. It was one of the most powerful experiences of the divine I’ve ever had: I could feel the god-spirit in myself… and everyone around me. As we chanted together, our frequencies merging, it was like becoming part of a heartbeat.” Annemarie Mal

As we chanted together, our frequencies merging, it was like being part of a heartbeat.

In Buddhist belief systems, sound (through vibrations or prana) is considered to be a doorway to the energetic dimensions. Chanting is meditation using sound vibration as a vehicle. The voice resonates though your inner space, while it’s shared and amplified in the external space.

Claire’s intention is to provide a light script of song and let the circle unfold.

6PM: Dinner

Tonight, we’ll enjoy a delicious vegetarian Ayurvedic feast. The Ayurvedic diet has been practiced for thousands of years. It’s based on determining your dominant dosha and eating specific foods to promote balance between all three doshas. It emphasizes eating whole foods and encourages mindful eating to promote a healthy relationship with food.

7PM: Sound Healing with Amanda

Feel yourself pause in this moment, connect to your breath and drop into your womb space. Sit deeply in your own authentic space and allow your energy to return, to reconvene back inside the temple of your body.

Schedule for Sunday

7AM: Morning Yoga with Jo

Jo‘s classes focus on moving your body with your breath to help to focus your mind. The poses flow through stretch and release and help to build core strength. The aim is to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

8AM: Breakfast

Join us for a delicious, healthy, tropical buffet.

9AM: Conscious Creation with Amanda

Join Amanda in a healing and daily intention setting ceremony. Intentions provide us with insight into our values, aspirations, and purpose. They allow us to live in the present moment while directing the future. Think of intentions as a compass. When we use a compass, we’re not limited to a fixed destination, but we have a clear sense of direction. Allow your intention to be like a compass, rather than a strictly defined goal, and you can release attachment to the outcome.

11AM: What do you need right now?  Time to reset? Connection? Support?

This is an opportunity to book a one-on-one session with one of our individual practitioners and/or enjoy some time doing exactly what you need.

12PM: Lunch

Join us for a Mediterranean buffet-style lunch. Mediterranean eating patterns draw together the common food types and healthful eating habits from the traditions of several different regions, including Greece, Spain, southern France, Portugal, and Italy. There is an emphasis on plant foods, olive oil, fish, poultry, beans, and grains and studies suggest that people who follow the Mediterranean diet have a lower risk of various diseases, including obesity, diabetes, cancer, and cardiovascular disease. They are also more likely to enjoy a longer life than people in other regions.

3PM: Closing Circle

This final sacred circle is an opportunity to reflect upon and speak to our experience of the weekend, to reflect upon our lives outside of the retreat, our vision and intention going forward and an opportunity to seal our connection with one another.

4PM: CHECK-OUT
